P90X Calories Burned

If anyone needs a rough estimate of calories burned during P90X workouts, and doesn't have a HRM, I found a great site that will calculate the calories burned based on the workout you are doing and your level of intensity. Now, I take this calculation with a grain of salt, but if you need something to use to fill in your food and exercise diary on MFP, then it might work for you.
