Which website for TDEE calculations

Hi all,
I've just used the Scooby website to work out BMR, TDEE and cut but I want to more accurately work out what my TDEE is. I'm sure there was a website mentioned somewhere where you can work out how many hours you spend on various activities during a 24 hour period but I can't find it now.
Can anyone help?
I'm starting this today after a few weeks of normal eating so I want to get it right!
