Day 5 L 2 done! Is anyone else having shoulder pain?

Day 18 overall (day 6 of level 2...I think) done! No, haven't had any shoulder pain thankfully, but with all the planks I can see why you might have some! My main problem is my knees...they always feel good during and immediately after the workout, but later they ache.0

Completed Day 16 (L2D6) today. I mostly think it was my fall two weeks ago that has my left knee so messed up, but doing yoga as a stretch/warm-up before 30DS really helps. I've also been doing more modified leg movements, as sad as I am about it.
Today I did my first plank jack, though -- a couple of Natalie ones even!!

Started level 2 today. WOW wasnt at all prepared, had to do the modified version of a lot but i guess i cant get any worse keep moving forward! well see how i feel in a few hrs lol0

No need to be ashamed of doing the modified version! I do it for most everything - all that matters is that we are moving!
Day 18 (D8L2) done! Feeling a bit better today, thank goodness. I did this earlier today after I walked my pups for 2 miles. I then went to the pool for about 3 hours to just chill in the sun. I am pooped .... and have been soooo hungry today!0 -
