Ok so I think I've hit a plateau! My calorie intake on here says 1200. So I don't know if I need to increase them or what! I've been doing my workouts and maintaining my calorie intake so help a sista out! LOL :sad:

Thats really low BM813. Im sure you're body wants more healthy foods inside, so its holding on to whatever it gets. You probably should increase, especially if you're working out as well0
