500 calorie burn a day challenge!

I thought I would keep this in the one place so we all could update each other on how we are getting on. Remember though to not go over your calories as it will only work if you eat right as well.
1 Pound of fat is equal to 3500calories so all you have to do is burn 500calories a day for a week so who is with me on this challenge?
Please state below what kind of exercise you did and the calories burned. Good luck all, we can do this!

Yesterday I did jogging on the one spot from the wii for 30mins and burned 533cals.0

I walked, took a spin class, did an elliptical, and lifted. (did back and bi's) 1500 calories.0

Yesterday I did the elliptical, walking/running intervals,situps and strength training circuits for 901 calories burnt. Today I did the same just less time and burnt 779.we got this!!!! good luck everyone.0

man I suck at this.. LOL, I only burned about half.. I will get to 500 a day tho.. even if it kills me... I will get there... mine was almost 300 today0

Yesterday I did circuit training for 60 minutes and burned 540 calories, today I've just walked for 25 minutes and burned 255 calories and I have another workout this evening, so will be over the 500. Will update tomorrow. Thanks for the challenge!0

lol...I almost forgot and cut the ride short. Got 520 calories for 52 minutes of cycling.0

I didn't do any exercise yesterday lol, not really great at this am I? But my reason was that I was having a 'Jammy' day and I bloody well loved it!! Would highly recommend it!!0

monday I did my stationary bike for 60 mins and then did strength training for 20 i burned 615 cals
tuesday. I did my stationary bike for 70 mins, did gardening for 60 mins and did strength training for 25 mins i burned 1013 I dont think I have had a burn like that in months and maybe only a few time
today I went on a 90 min walk burned 580 cals0 -
sunday....burned 1041 cal walking 7.68 miles0
