Low carbs

Anyone doing low carbs? If you are what are some good things to eat that are low in carbs and how many carbs are you having in a day?

    I always have a goal to limit carbs, but my sweet tooth seems to get the better of me! I have done Atkins in the past and kept the carbs under 25. While doing that I ate a lot of salad, eggs, and chicken. But, it wasn't realistic for me. During pregnancy I had gestational diabetes and met with a nutritionist. She said that keeping your glucose levels balanced through the day helped with overall health and weightloss/control. So, the goal was to have 6 small meals through the day. Each snack should be around 15-30 grams of carbs and each meal 30 -45. That was during pregnancy and fat and calories weren't limited. But, going by the carb count alone that worked out to 135 grams at least. That's not really low carb like how atkins does it, but, trust me it was hard to stick to!
