Level 2 Day 3!
I can't believe it's getting easier! Still killed me but I love it! I also was able to add 5 extra min to my elliptical. YAY baby steps!0 -

Level 2 Day 2 . . . really can't believe how much I am sweating when I'm done. . so gross! I was able to do 20 min on the elyptical after too!

Level 2, day 1. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but really wish jillian wore a more supportive sports bra. She's gonna give herself a blackeye, the way she's whipping those things around!!!
New moves I hate... anything with the word plank in it. They aren't hard to do, just not.comfortable. maybe I have short arms or something? There's just not enough room down there for me to be jumping my feet forward under my body or twisting my hips. It was more a logistics issue for me than anything else.0 -
Level 2/day3. It was indeed better. I even used 3lb weights this time (except for one round)

The plank moves are a bit challenging especially the very last one twisting and bringing your knee forward. Do the best you can your doing great!!
And good thing your not in my living room I think I need 3 sports bras with all this jumping nonsence!0
