Why can one day mess you up for months? So far I have been on track all week but scared that it wont stick.

Thanks for the add. I know how you feel, this time around I am choosing to take it one day at a time and not look at the bigger picture. Its hard but i am keeping focus on just today and nothing more; worry about tommorrow when it comes and dont stress if you go off the wagon just jump back on ASAP. You can do it.

You can do it...one day at a time..set small reachable goals...when I look at where I want to be I realize that I've not been there since I was 14...35 years ago it doesn't seem possible.....but if I focus on a 10 lb goal I know I can do it...

I know how you feel. I had a crappy weekend and a crappy few days to follow. I logged everything though, even though I went over my calories. If I would not have logged I would have probably been even worse off cause then I was TOTALLY slacking. Atleast by logging I was taking credit for my actions good or bad. I know what needs to be done and I have some bad days and I have some damn good days. They all even themselves out.
Keep the small goals in mind like others have said and just keep yourself accountable. We did not get where we are over night and we will not loose weight over night or learn how to eat properly if we need to do that as well. It is an uphill battle, for some it will get easier for some it will be a struggle our entire exsisting life. We are working at it though and know what we need to do.
If you know you will need a push let us know!
