Anyone having trouble sleeping while on Ketosis? I wake up at random hours or have a hard time falling asleep. Anyone else experiencing something similar? I'm on day 10 of induction by the way.

Exercise, but do it early enough that you have time to cool down and calm down before bedtime. I need at least 2 hours after a workout before I can sleep.

Me too. I began taking 10 mg of melatonin and put a lavender air freshener by my bed. I go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning, keeping on a schedule. These seemed to help me tremendously. I always wake before the alarm clock now.

yep. the first two weeks were bad for sleeping.

no appetite, no desire to sleep.

it gets better, hang in there!

I guess my experience is not typical. I'm on day 6 of keto and I haven't slept better. I guess I just want the morning to come already so I can check my weight and body fat percentage.
