I noticed a jump in total cholesterol when I gave blood and had my results done after 1 month of HFLC:
Total:171
Triglycerides 35 (wow!)
HDL 62 (wow!)
LDL 102 (Would like under 100... but it's still good!)
Ratio .6!
Thought I would share for those of you that are fearful of eating tons of fat (including saturated) and following a low carb diet.

Although, my triglycerides went up and so did my LDL.... but it was so slight it didn't matter. My Doctor said my tri's were unreal-low in the past - around 25. So if i jumped at all, in everything, I am a-ok and she said she hopes I am eating a lot of protein (ugh). I responded with saying - Of Course! But I didn't get into the fact I am eating high fat, too. Ha!0
