Hey all I'm starting CLX in August and wondering how heavy my dumbells need to be? I have 8's and 10's and am familiar with weight lifting. How much heavier do I need to invest in? Thanks in advance!

I've only almost completed the Burn phase (1) The heaviest I've gone is 17.5lbs.
Before CLX the heaviest I used was 15 but not regularly. I probably could have gone heavier on some lower body stuff but I also have bad wrists.
Anyway the next phase you are supposed to 'fail' 6-8 reps I think so I will def have to go up to 25lbs for some maybe more not sure as I havent checked out what exercises you do.0 -
I think up to 25lbs might be good.

I agree. The most I have used for CLX is 30...but I am a weakling in my upper body, LOL. Trying to build that upper body is crazy!!0
