Frustrated now!

So I'm 5ft 5 and 119lbs. I dont necessarily want to lose more weight but stil not happy with my body and want to tone up etc! So I'm stuck on how many calories should I eat? Should I set it to maintainence? This seems to much? And does anyone have any exercise I can do that would help my body look better bearing in mind I live in middle east dessert so can't do much outside and gyms are quite pricey? Thanks in advance

  • You can try Beach Body Insanity workout, it's a lot of toning, really hard workout. or just go to www.hasfit.com and see what workouts you can do with them and it is FREE workouts. Hope it helps and keep up the good work. :wink:

    30 Day Shred has helped me tone up a lot. I didn't lose any weight, but I lost inches and everything is more lifted and toned.
