I need more paleo/primal friends for support and to steal ideas from their diary

I'm 28, 5'3, and 203.4 lbs. I am doing a low calorie diet at the request of my doctor, but i also stick to a primal eating lifestyle. eating primal i find that it's actually hard to get all my calories everyday. i have to rely on good fats to get me there!

I’m on a restricted diet, calories and sodium, and had difficulty eating all my calories while trying to keep my sodium down. I now eat 60 grams of walnuts with my salad every lunch: 60 grams = 400 calories, 40 g fat, 0 g cholesterol, 0 g sodium, 16 g carbohydrates, 10 g protein.0

I love primal/paleo and most of my eating hits the mark but I eat more veg/fruit carbs than they normally subscribe to... I'm addable!0
