C25K Week 8 Day 3

I typed "C25K Week 8 Day 3" into my exercise diary this morning. I seriously can't believe I can run for 28 minutes straight. I have NEVER done this in my life. But I didn't just run 28, I ran a whole 30 minutes non-stop. And you know what? I'm going to keep doing it...in fact we're going to start the Bridge to 10K the week after we finish this.
I love you C25K, I really, really do.
Cheers runners!

Congratulations to you JBG!!
Tomorrow I have scheduled to do the 20 minute run of W5 D3, but am thinking once I get to 20 minutes to keep running and see how far I can go. I am definitly thinking about B210K after C25K. This is a awesome program. I have never ran more than a mile ever until I found this program. Now I can run and run. Very Awesome.0
