Does anyone use this ? Found some recipes with it listed as an ingredient. Just wondering your opinions !

    I have some ...bought it from Tropical Traditions .com . It is gluten free, low glycemic. I use it in my Powercakes www.powercakes.net

    I would use it in other baked goods as well , but I just dont want bread-like substances much any more.

    Powercakes! Lol, that's what site I was on exactly! She seemed to use it a lot . Sounded tasty. But I'm trying to cut back on carbs, so maybe not for me. Perhaps I can buy just a little :-)
