Body Revolution and Weight Loss

I'm just finishing up Phase 1 tomorrow, and am seeing results, but not the drastic results I expected, or what people have been posting. I know everyone's body is different, and I should just be happy that I'm losing weight and inches, albeit slowly. As of today, I've lost 4 pounds, 2 inches from my waist, and 2.5 inches from my hips. I see that other people are losing 10+ pounds, and am just wondering what I could be doing to see those kinds of results. I do an hour of "extra credit" cardio everyday after my strength training, as well as on the cardio days. I don't follow the meal plan to a T, but stay within the 1200-1300 calorie range that is set up for me through jillianmichaels.com. So I guess my question is what is everyone else doing that is helping them lose more weight?

It looks like you only have a little to lose. Those posting big numbers probably have more weight to lose overall, so it's going to come off faster. I'm on phase three, and I've only lost 4 pounds total (and I've gotten leaner and stronger). But I only have another 8 to lose to hit my goal weight. Hope this helps.

I am on phase three right now, and I lost a total of 20 lbs and over 30 inches. I do cardio after stregnth training everyday, and on Wednes, and sat I do the cardio video twice. It really depends on your body. I eat between 1250-1350 calories daily, and I switch it up with eating. Also you know how she gives us one rest day? In the middle of the month, I use wednesday as my rest day, and excerise on sunday for two weeks straight. I figure I should throw my body off a bit. I def. feel a change. I incoperated more vegetable into my diet. That's the only difference from phase one to phase 2.

Thanks for your input, girls. Yalediv08, someone else from Jillian Michaels' website said the same thing to me about not having as much weight to lose...makes sense, but how nice would it be if it all just came off the first week or two? Hahaha. Patience, I know. Thanks again!
