I just created a recipe you can search for: crustless quiche lorraine w/ mushrooms & bacon

It was so good that my husband had seconds.

I should be happy about that, but that's MY keto food!

    ha! Yeah I get mad when my nephews steal my veggies. I'm happy they're eating veggies, but I cut those up for me! And you know if I cut some up for them they wouldn't want them.
