    Having some niggly IT band problems but two short 1.5 mile runs so far totally 3 miles for the week : \ Nice to see everyone logging some miles!

    I get ITB issues too... have u tried foam rolling?

    Tuesday: 3 miles running (shorter run today because of some foot issues that seem to be clearing up - yay!)
    Thursday: 5 miles running (foot started hurting a little - not sure about my planned 10 miles on Saturday)
