Congrats guys we made it through the 1st month, Training Block 1 ADAPTIVE AND MASTERY PHASE.
We have surprised ourselves and pushed our boundries, but we are not done yet! We have more obstacles to overcome and more to discover about ourselves and what we are capable of.
BUT TODAY WE CELEBRATE! :drinker:
This is where we show off how far we have come. It's time to see what your fellow teammates have achieved.
Please post your stats, weight loss or gain(both a good thing), before and after pictures, inches loss or gained (both a good thing) and or just tell us what is going on with you. All optional but it would be appreciated if you could participate some how. Come commend and encourage the people who have been supporting you through this.

Well, I'm @ 14.6 pounds lost since I started this journey about 6 weeks ago. I haven't done my measurements today, yet. I will post in a few hours when I get home. I have nothing but positive things to say about the program. I think I may replace yoga with Core Synergistics for the rest of the program. I will try yoga once more this week (my flexibility is increasing), but now Rufus thinks it's time to lay in the middle of the floor whenever I put in the yoga DVD. He has a 6th sense about it, and I think it's his way of telling me not to do yoga.0

I have lost no weight asof yet, but I have lost 6 inches ( only within 2 weeks, I didnt measure the first week and have not measured since the last time I did) I will be measuring in another week, if I can wait that long;) I am feeling much better and physically fit! I am able to push through and stick to this better than before! Thanks to those of you that I have communicated with thus far and the new pals I have! I am burning cals like crazy and feel like I look different even if the scale does not say so! I am so glad that I am doing this and that I have you all to cheer me on, as well as me cheer you on. in reguards to this, I am sorry I have been MIA, I have been super busy with the kiddos this summer. I am a teacher so I get to spend the summers home and I have been taking in every minute with my babies that I can!! I will be in it full force when I get back on schedule, the kids in school and me back to teaching. I am still loggin in daily, just from my phone and I am unable to get to the message boards from my phone, so I get on here when I can!! Thanks again and you all ROCK :flowerforyou:
Congrats alljoy83 for the loss!!!!0 -
I had a few set backs (ill children) in following the program so I'm re-doing the recovery week, so I've done yoga X today. I haven't done the measurements was waiting until the end of this week x0

FANTASTIC LOSS!!! Keep it up!0 -
Well, I had to take a break from P90x the past few weeks to allow a pulled muscle to heal, but I am back and ready to start tomorrow! I can't wait to push "play" :-))0
-
I lost a total of 4 pounds and I'm not sure how many inches before Friday....Will be off or a bit recuperating from surgery and waiting the ok from my dr to start up again. But I will keep cheering on this team and pushing play as soon as I can.0
-
Since the start of the program July 1, I've lost 4.8 pounds (which is huge for me since I'm nearing my goal weight). I do still desire to lose 25 lbs, but as they say its slow and most difficult.
Lost 2 1/2 in waist. 2 1/2 in hips. 1 in thighs and 1/2 in each bicep (if I am measuring right...)
I don't see much of a change in my pictures, but I guess it still is only the first month. I'm seeing some strength increase and flexibility. I guess that is what matters too.
Good luck everyone!

Hi every one
Sorry I've been absent for a few days but my daughter was hospitalised last Thursday and I've been preoccupied with her health concerns since then.
She was discharged tonight and is back home, so my fitness drive and P90 X resumes tomorrow.
I'll get to update my stats tomorrow as well .At the moment I'm just glad to be back home after a horrid hospital stay
I'm looking forward to checking out how you have all done.
Shea you can really see the difference well done.Keep up the good work. The picture speaks louder than words
I'll read everyones stats later or tomorrrow but for the moment I'll just look forward to getting to sleep in my own bed.:yawn:0 -

Fizz ... sorry to hear about your daughter. Wish her the quickest recovery.
Checking in - plyo kicked my buns yesterday, but super excited to see my rotund rump get airborne on some new moves. I was drenched!
Had to cut shoulders and arms short today b/c of a job interview. So ... hopefully tonight I can finish it up and get into ARX (fingers crossed)0 -
Yoga x today couldn't finish due to time restraints, but got a good stretch workout.!0
