I struggled through W3 with a cold - very nervous about the 5min runs in W4!!0 -
Week 5, Day 1 is done!0

Week 6, Day 2 done! I was slow but I ran for 20 minutes today. Yay!0

week 3 day 1 done! I'm a week behind where i thought i'd be but I needed to give my knees a rest! Managed to move straight on to week 3 though rather than repeating week 2 for a bit which I'm happy about nervous about the 5 min runs in week 4 though!!0

Week 4/Day 1 -- Done. ...I'm slow, but its more than those who are still sittin' on the couch:-)0

Ugh! For some reason I couldn't complete Week 6, Day 3. :sad: I will try again on Saturday.0

Week 7 here, going strong! I tried to complete day 2 today (2.5 miles) but got paged in to work after a mile and a half. I did it on Monday though, so I'm feeling pretty good.0

Week 5, Day 3 is DONE! I never in a million years thought I could run for 20 minutes without stopping..then I did it and it was easy!0
