Back from Holidays...

Just spent 10 glorious days in Thailand and the first few days were pretty good with fresh fruits and meats but then all hell broke loose with beers, cocktails, noodles and delicious fresh seafood! Lots of great bacon and eggs for breakfast but ate my fair share in noodles and rice.
Looking forward to getting back onto the clean eating and cutting out dairy and grains from my diet again! Be interesting to see how my digestion goes, it has been very um slow lately! Lets hope the 3kg weight gain goes quickly!! EEK.

eff yea. That sounds so awesome. I did a vaca and allowed myself indiscretions.
Sounds like you kept the sugars low regardless, had some other awesome fresh food - and maybe a few too many carbs - but that can be burned off quick I bet..
