Women's Beginning Resistance Band Workout

I am fairly new to EM2WL & I am looking for ways to get in my exercise at home. Working out in a gym is not an option for me as we live in the country.

I found this workout...http://scoobysworkshop.com/womens-beginning-resistance-band-workout/..via scooby's site. It seems very doable for me at this point. I have never strength trained with weights before so would this be a good workout to start off with ? How long would I do this workout for (ex: a month) or is this something I would fit into my schedule all the time ?

Again, I am new to all of this and would appreciate any input. Thanks !
