I am a sucker for sweet treats. I made this recipe and was great.
2c. almond flour
1/2c. splenda
1 egg
1tsp baking soda
1/2c. smart balance butter
1/2c bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
bake at 350 for 12-15 min. You want to flatten the cookies since they don't really rise.
I also added a tbs of PB2 for extra flavor. Makes approx 20 cookies
They are delicious and filling.

i made some before, similar recipe..
but i did pecans and raisins. they really are delicious.. i used truvia tho, and 1/2 c was way too much. if you're sensitive to sweets, i'd say start with 1/4c0 -
I'll have to try this the next time I have a super sweet tooth... thanks for sharing!!0
