Low Carb Ideas!!

Does anyone have any low carb meal/snack ideas!! Everything I eat or want to eat has 13 or more grams of carbs! I'm not trying to go for the Akins diet on anything (DON'T believe in that, AT ALL!!) But, I don't want to be over my daily carb limit either!

Currently I'm eating Slim Jims as a snack but can't really think of anything else.

    carrots and black bean dip
    celery and nut butter
    plain old nuts (i like to freeze almonds!)
    low fat string cheese
    add some ranch seasoning to plain greek yogurt and dip veggies in it
    hard boiled eggs (I like to make avocado egg salad from skinnytaste.com)
    berries (generally lower in carbs than some other fruit)
    turkey roll ups (just roll 1-2 slices of deli meat with one piece of low fat cheese)

    there are lots of websites with ideas too!

    Great!! I went to some of the websites but thought I could get some great ideas like adding ranch seasoning to greek yogurt!! Would have never thought of that! Thanks!!

    If you plug in your proteins for the day first, you will find that you can build in any kind of carb you want around your proteins! Of course, best to limit the refined sugars. Just off the top of my head, I like these for my snacks: nuts and cheese (babybel light), greek yogurt with pistachios, luna bars, avacado salad in a flat out wrap, PB with banana and...well, leftovers!
