Hello,
I am new at this type of lifestyle so I am still learning. From what I gather there tends to be some small variances in what "clean" eating is. I have been reading Tosca's book and so far love it! Any one have success specifically following her guidelines?

ME!!!! I have lost 50 lbs with eating clean and working out. Almost everything i make is from her cookbooks. My husband has lost 30 with eating clean only.
