The Next Level Swim Suggestion

Hi there swimmers!
As a former High School Swimmer I went dormant in and off for 23 years. In and out of pool with no plan. Then I started training for a triathlon and picked up a book off amazon with a structured training plan. Oh my goodness I didn't know how much of a rut I was in and how badly I was slacking!!! The book has specific workouts for Distance, Sprint's, IMs, and Free.
Just a suggestion for those who want challenge yourself in a different way.
Everyone keep swimming!!!!

There are many out there, but I picked up Workouts in a Binder for Swimmers, Triathletes and Coaches on Amazon.
Used it this morning for an IM workout. Also, they have an A and B option for days you don't have time to log in tons of yards.
Hope you like it if you get it. JUDY0 -
Will go and have a look at it. Sounds like a great idea :bigsmile:0

It is awesome! May I suggest you also get a lap counter (sportcount is the best) to keep track of your laps? Helps take your mind off counting and on your stroke!0
