We have made it this far, and we all should be proud of our progress THUS FAR!!!

But since it's "officially" our last week, let's SHOW OFF just a little by taking it up a notch...

INCREASE your distance, INCREASE your weight, and INCREASE those core reps ;-) ....

We've been at this for 3wks now... How hard can that be??? Lol!!!

6 days until the Great FINISH... We can definitely do this!!!

    Didn't get my walk in this morning, because I wasn't feeling well. Hoping to get something done tonight, but it won't be as much as I am supposed to.
