Isocort from new naturopath made me extremely sick!

Hi,
I just saw a new naturopath on Thursday, who thinks my adrenals are tanked. I'm exhausted, craving sugar, salt; I have insomnia, etc. She prescribed Isocort, an OTC adrenal glandular. I was on the medication three days:
Day 1 -- two w/ breakfast (Isocort gave me TONS of energy. I felt wired and a little manic)
Day 2 -- one w breakfast; one with lunch (woke w a sore throat; within an hour of the lunch dose, I was exhausted and asleep for 2 hours); felt crummy that evening
Day 3 (today) -- one w breakfast (woke feeling incredibly nauseous and became even more nauseous as the day progressed to the point where I couldn't move without feeling like I would vomit).
I called her today and told her about the symptoms, she said to stop isocort until the labs are back. We didn't take the saliva test, which we might do in two weeks when I see her.
Also, on Day 1, I also changed my thyroid from Armour to Nature-throid.
SO my questions are these:
1) Have any of you experienced side effects from taking Isocort?
2) What else could have caused the nausea? (I'm not pregnant and I haven't eaten anything funky)
For my background, I have hashimoto's and have been on Armour since 2004. My latest labs showed my TSH is suppressed (0.015), my T3 is normal (3.5) and my T4 is low.
Thank you all for taking the time to read my post. I would love to hear from you!
