Good morning everyone!
First, I apologize for not reading Belinda's 'Friday challenge' before I posted it. SHE is the one who is taking September off. For those of you who have been with me before,you know I will do the challenges as long as people are interested.
That being said, Belinda is out for at least a month. If you are interested in having daily challenges while she's taking a break, message me. I know another member who does daily challenges.
End of month stats for me:
My weight is still the same. I am a little discouraged by this, but I have been fighting the same 2-4 pounds for 6 months!! So, I will just keep on keeping on!!
My measurements are actually the same, except I lost an inch on my waist!! I kept telling my Hubby, I feel skinnier, but the scale kept saying 'Liar!' :laugh:

this week i completed 5 miles
burned 600 calories on each burn day0 -
friday I did my stationary bike for 12.5 miles my weigh in was 151.8
