My progress, 2 months of EM2WL

So, in two months of doing EM2WL, I have lost 9.8 pounds (for a total of 12.8 pounds since starting MFP)! I've also lost several inches, but I measure on the first of the month, so I don't know yet what the updated stats are. But it is DEFINITELY time to start wearing some smaller clothes, especially pants, as these ones are looking so baggy

Thanks, I figured I make my pic something that I read every time I log in to remind me that progress is still being made even if my weight for the week hasn't changed! I like your pic too!0

Yeah, the majority of my loss is from eating more! I started trying to lose weight April 23 eating around BMR (and eating back exercise calories) and had about 13 scattered days of not quite netting BMR, and lost the first 3 pounds. I started EM2WL on May 27. I'm doing a 15% cut, and have had about two weeks eating around TDEE.0

That's why I figured I would post, since the group is new and so many people wonder if it really does work Well, I can say it's working for me, and Ii feel like this is something I can sustain long term, unlike trying to eat around BMR, which I have always done in the past (never could manage to eat only 1200 calories a day, I don't know how anyone can do that!)0

That is just awesome!!!0
