Yoga Meltdown

I just finished the 30DS and am doing the Yoga Meltdown next. I'll have a rest day tomorrow and take measurements. I know the meltdown isn't as popular as some of JM's other workouts but I'm going to check it out. I'll be posting here after each workout.

    I started it Saturday! I like it, but I've never done "real" yoga with an instructor, so I don't have anything to compare it to. Definitely more challenging than I thought it would be. My stomach and butt are sore!

    Do you know how long you're supposed to do it for? Or if there's a suggested time frame, like two weeks of level 1 and two weeks of level 2?

    I'm going to do it like the 30DS and do 10 days on each level...??

    Been a crazy few days as I just started vacation. I forgot my dvd but worked it out today off of youtube. I enjoyed it! A totally legit workout! I saw that you logged yours as hatha yoga so I did too. It only gave me 110 cals. I feel like it was more than that... Maybe I was just sweating so much because it's so hot here!

    Gaaaah! Vacation... I am soooo not watching what I eat and am not even logging since I'm on vacation. One thing I look forward to back home is getting back into my routine. I hope I haven't gained more than a couple of pounds. I don't have my protein powder here, it's a custom mix I ordered online, so I'm way down on my protein. I can't wait to get everything back in line, including my workouts!

    We all need a break, no worries! Even if you did gain once you're back on track it will be gone quickly. Hope you're having fun!

    I need to get my butt in gear, it's been a week or more since I did it! I am doing my regular workouts,but I want to being doing YMD on my "off" days.
