Hi!
Has anyone else on here used the CarbQuik baking mix? You can make pancakes, biscuits, pizza crust, etc. I have tried it, and it's so delicious that I feel like I'm cheating. It's 2 net carbs per biscuit, pancake, etc, depending on what you make.

it's not allowed on induction, (sadly)
i have used it, and the taste is fine.
i bought 2 boxes 3 years ago, used one, and have another that i never opened.. surely it's spoiled by now.
i will use its as a flour replacer once i get to within 10 pounds of goal. for now, almond flour is my friend!0 -
Is almond flour lower in carbs then than the CarbQuik? Do you make pancakes and stuff with it?0

i've breaded chicken and made pancakes, cookies, and muffins with it.
it's not as fine as flour but the taste is wonderful.
1/4c has 6 carbs, 3 are fibre.0 -
Well spiced soy flour works great on fried chicken once in a while0

I've heard of using pork rinds (grind them up) as a coating for chicken, etc but I haven't tried it, myself. Yet!0
