Wed - got 30 min in -, but was over in sodium - had business lunch, and then had dinner out - doesn't make for good day.
more dreaded push ups today - fun fun.

Yesterday was not a good day. I didn't get the exercise in and was over on my sodium. Didnt eat the best last night. I was at work two hours late and didn't get home until after 7 and then ate what my husband made for him and the kids. Hoping today goes better. Nothing like being stuck at work two hours extra the mess everything up.0

Tomorrow for exercise isn't looking too good either, since I'm flying back to Florida and tonight I gashed my toe really bad. BUT I promise to do my best to keep these from being issues! My flight doesn't leave until mid-afternoon, which should give me the morning to work out.

So exercise was impossible yesterday, but I've lost four lbs this week! Back down to about where I have been hovering, so hopefully the continued use of 30DS will be just what I need to pass this potential plateau. Hope you ladies are doing great!0 -

been crazy week, and school starts this week, and crazy busy at work too. I've been doing good diet wise, not getting all exercises in. I'm down to 207 so lost 3 pounds, so feel good about that.
Thrus - got exercise and under in sodium
Fri - no exercise but over in sodium
Sat no exercise but under in sodium

Ok I have a question, when you say don't drink calories are we talking everything? Just wondering if you are saying we can't have a glass of milk because that seems crazy to say oh you can't drink something that is good for you. I don't really drink pop but I enjoy milk from time to time. If its everything than I already lost points today because I had milk.0

HELLO EVERYBODYYYYYYYY!! Sorry for checking in so late....first week of first grade...and it is AWESOME! I sent my weight to Judy...literally NO CHANGE ehhh such is life..and this challenge this week...I'm failing miserably...I drink at least one cup of coffee each day...I love coffee....Its no so much the coffee, but the coffee mate...It's Sugar Free, but still 15 calories a Tbsp...Here's the checkin:
Sunday: No exercise, Drinking calories: Yes, I did
Monday: Same
Tuesday: Exercise Complete..>Drinking calories: Yes I did again..it's the coffee...
