Well, I didn't get my walk in yesterday, so today I was really feeling the increase, after so much time off. I managed 1.75 miles with 4lbs of weight added. I will do my abs later, as well as get in the rest of my walk. Have a great day everyone!

Well, I finished my walk for a total of 3 miles today, carrying 4lbs, also 75 crunches. Hope everyone is still working hard in this last week.0

I missed most of Week 3. But am kinda combining weeks 3 and 4.
I added the ab exercises this week...using an ab wheel (regular sit-ups/crunches hurt my back) and am doing 4 sets of 25 each night.
Walked a little farther each night too.
Weight is still the same...8lb vest.0
