My blog is http://experimentinginthkitchen.blogspot.com/, and I try to make sure my meals are healthy.
A few others I like are:

http://stephaniecooks.blogspot.com
http://iowagirleats.com
They aren't necessarily weight loss meals, but there are some really good ideas and you can always jump off of their recipes.0 -

lol, i often went to Kraftrecipes.com, for YEARS, cuz their recipes tend to have only a few ingredients,
(not like 20 things and 8 steps, lol)
and most of their ingredients are 'common' items that you probably already have.
It's FUN to cook an elaborate recipes now and then, but, for every day cooking, i went to Kraftrecipes.com.
cuz they always give nutritional info on every recipe,
AND
they have a section on home page called "USE WHAT IS ON HAND" or something, where you type in 3 items you want to use, cuz you have those items,
and they give you recipes.
but, there IS a "Healthy Living" area on that same site. BE SURE TO READ OTHER COOK'S COMMENTS under the recipe before you make it---i find THAT feature very helpful.

I've found SparkRecipes Healthy Recipes App to be helpful. I downloaded (free) the app to my phone and use it often when I am trying to think of something to fix. Comes in handy since it's right on my phone.0
