Taking a NROL4L Break..

Sucks.. I got through all three phases but now that football is starting for my sons' teams I will just not have the time for the gym. Practice is 5 nights a week for all of August, and then in September between the two teams I have 4 nights of practice, plus Saturday walk through and Sunday games.
That has me getting to the gym at least two days a week before work, that is when it opens at 5am, and I have to catch a 6am train. The workouts have been taking me about 70 minutes to complete from Ramp through the rollout... I could try modifying it, like Ramp in the parking lot, or cuttign back on the Metabolic and doing a quick roll out...
I cant wait for the reloaded NROL to come out, the orginal ones I could get those workouts done in 45 minutes or less.
