Nutrtion Guide question

I don’t have the nutritional guide for CLX. I am borrowing the discs from a friend and she has no clue were her guide is at.
I wanted to know what the caloric recommendations are for the program?

She says for women recommended calories for weight loss:
100-120 pounds: 1200
121-150 : 1300
151-180: 1400
180+: 15000 -

I think those calories are way low!
I barely burn anything during weight wos, yet being in Push phase Im starving!0
