Personal Training Tips

Hi all!
I have a personal training session tomorrow morning at 8am. If anyone has any questions let me know so I can ask him and find out some secrets or just random questions you might have! :)

  • It went great. Told me to start eating a bit more for breakfast and just eating every 2 hours (which I do not do)

    Also, to obviously eat everything as fresh as possible... and to not drink while you eat. We are so used to doing that, you shouldn't. Your body doesnt even get a chance to digest it correctly when you drink on top of it so to drink ten min before you eat, or ten min after you eat.

    We also went over some exercises together, it was great. Really want to stick to it, just SUPER expensive. we will see! :)
