Two days running?

I normally (strength) train three times a week, taking at least one day on between sessions. I've just had a six day break (because I walked 30 miles over two days) an got back into the gym yesterday. I'm currently doing NROLW & am on stage 3. Will it hurt to go to the gym again today? I'm really in the mood for it (not in the mood for cardio though) & was wondering whether to go & do the next workout of NR's, go & do more reps with lighter weights or should I not go at all?

If you did weights yesterday, I wouldn't do more today. You could do a bit of cardio or even some intervals if you want to push yourself a bit, but you need to let your muscles recover from yesterday.0
