I wish everyone success this month as we strive to drop 10 unwanted pounds. Just for the record I weighed in at 201.4. I'm hoping to see 191.4 or less on Aug. 31st. This will also help me to accomplish my goal in another group I'm in for people over 200 who want to get into Onederland :bigsmile: Go Team!!!!

My starting weight is 298.8 and I'd love to get down to 288.8 by end of month. Although, I will be satisfied with a 5 pound loss, if that is what happens. My goals are set to lose 1 pound a week, not two...but I figure I am in the "sweet spot" of just starting to lose weight and it should fall off much faster.0

My starting weight is 215lbs, hoping to get down to 205lbs by the end of august. I have a 47 mile cycle in september I'm taking part in so will be trying to get plenty of training in to help me to my goal. I've only managed to lose 8lbs this year so far so hoping this will give me the momentum I need. I'm also new on here, so feel free to add me as a friend if you wish.

Hello All,
I really need help in making the scale budge. i don't obsess about it, but I am freakin' tired of being stalled. I started this with MFP in January and have only lost 22 pounds. I know, be grateful, right? And I am, but come on!! Enough already! opefully this challenge will help me be remotivated and kick it into high gear. Losing 10 pounds this month would be mind blowing! Any advice from you all would be much appreciated. My diary is open. Good luck to all and happy losing:)
