Good morning ladies!!! Yesterday was a great day! completed some dancing along with kickboxing an also incorportated some jogging. I downloaded the C5K app on my phone and this app helps you train to run a 5k- it is amazing..I encourage you to give it a try!!!!

It doesn't matter what you do but just KEEP MOVING!!!! keep smiling and you will feel much better and full of energy!!!
