    Same as most of you...not trying to lose a ton of weight, mainly just wanna get fit. And get rid of SOME of this tummy fat! :) Any twinsies?

    I'm just looking to add friends for support, we don't need to be twinsies.

    My goal isn't so much weight as body fat %. I'd like to be 10 - 15% , I'm currently 20 - 25%. I also want to build muscle so ideally my scale weight would go up on my % is a bit lower.

    Then I want to build up some muscle.

    I lost the 4 lbs in about a week (water weight I guess), but no change in the several weeks since them. I'm snacking a lot and struggling so support would be greatly loved!

    Last summer I was about 122lbs and had muscle so I know I can get there.
