Day 8 level 2 . . . . struggled today . . . .thinking my body may need a rest day. . however, mentally I dont want to take a rest day because I want the results! Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..
Just think that by the end of this month we will be fully "shredded"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I forgot to check in today..Level 2 day 6!
Today was a bit harder than yesterday. I am noticing if I don't get enough sleep I have a hard time pushing through. 4 more days of level 2 I can do this......WE can do this!!!0 -

Level 2 day 7, day 17 overall.
This morning, I slept in about 15 mins too late, and since i had an early meeting, I had no time to work out. I will this evening when I get home from work. Before dinner.
I had a donut this morning. I had brought cantaloupe to my meeting, knowing there would be pastries there. And thought, if I eat my cantaloupe, I won't eat a donut. Then they brought the extras to the kitchen across the hall from my office. And all I could think of was the donuts. So I ate one. But I kept it at one, a small one. but still... :-( That, coupled with not working out this morning is making me feel bad. Actually, it's making me LOOK FORWARD to working out this evening.0
