Day One: How did everyone do?

I did really good all day. Had my last fast food fix (mcdonalds fries) last night while I watched the Olympics and didn't even blink an eye at not having soda today during lunch. Wednesdays are the days I usually go through the drive-thru because I go from one job to another with like 30 minutes but I took pasta and veggies to my first job and heated those up when I got to my second one.
Tonight was another story. I was totally craving something fried and greasy.... didn't give in although I half a tuna sandwich.
How did everyone else do today?

And I just realized this doesn't start until Aug 4th. Oh well I started a few days early!!0

I read this and started to panic because I ate fast food last night trying to get my fast food fixes in before Saturday! LOL!0

HAHAHA!! It would have made more sense to start it August 1st! I was trying to start it the same time as my Lifetime Fitness challenge!0

I have been working on this all week and have managed to get 3lbs off, but those are 3lbs of the 10lbs I gained back in the past 3 months. BUT! I realized something too! I need to exersice 5 days a week to keep everything balanced for me.

I didn't have pop, fried food or fast food, however, I went over in calories in fat. Thinking of putting no pasta on my list of foods to avoid.0
