Doesn't look like much but if you are an intermediate lifter and do this with very little rest its a good burn.
The Triple Dropsets are killer. Lift heavy as you can!!

1) Military Press OR Behind The Neck Press - 3x8-12 Reps
2) Arnold Press OR Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press - 3x8-12 Reps
3) Arm Bent Side Lateral With Dumbbell - 2x10-10-10 Reps (Triple Dropset)
4) One Arm Side Lateral With Dumbbell - 2x10-15 Reps
5) Bent Over Rear Delt Fly - 3x8-12 Reps
6) Plate Shrugs/Dumbbell Shrugs OR Smith Machine Shrugs - 2x10-10-10 Reps (Triple Dropset)
