What food in the form of fast food will be hard for you all to give up during this challenge? and how/what ways, would you try to substitute it in a healthier means?:huh:

Does subway count as fast food? Cuz if so.. that will be hard for me0

I think it definitely depends on what you get. no 2 12inch sandwhich or a sandwhich with alot of cheese or fattening items (like certain meats and cookies) and no soda. ha.0

I will have a hard time giving up fastfood for breakfast. I very rarely drink any soda so I'm pretty sure I won't have a problem with that!0

It will be the fast food for me. I tend to run out on my lunch break. The hardest thing I am giving up is chinese food. Subway counts as bad if you get bad stuff on it, stick with veggies!0

I think Jack in the box. I am so used to going there for lunch. just grabbing a hamburger fries and jalapeno poppers. oh i love them. Going to miss them the most. Those yummy fried and greasy hot and cheesy fast food poppers. hahaha. I think just the convenience of fast food is what will be hard to give up.0

For sure convenience is a big thing! I am hoping to use the crockpot more. Or just curl up in a ball and cry from withdrawals.0

awesome ! i think if we realize what we eat on a day to day basis / weekly basis of fast food, soda and fried foods then we can tell our selves no. it is a little hard the first few times but you get stronger at saying NO to the idea of it to where it does not stay in your head long and you can easily pick another healtier option. way to go everyone !!! )0
