What do you do to stay focused on the weekends?

I was just talking with another friend on MFP about falling apart on the weekends. I told her that I skip a day of exercise (not food logging) during the week and then exercise on Saturday so that I have structure and accountability. I still log all seven days of the week, but adding the exercise in on Saturday rather than taking two days off in a row helps me maintain focus. What do you do?

    I run every day, rain or shine (well if it's raining bad I hit the tread mill).

    But the running gives me the energy for the day, and keeps me focused on the end game goal. My weekends start on fridays, because I'm a full time college student that has no classes on fridays- so it can be very hard to stay focused when I don't have anything to tie me down so to say.

    With the current goal of completing the 30day shred, I'm pretty pumped and focused these days, however.
