I started a 6 week program Lee Labrada on bodybuilding.com If I'm doing dumb bell curls and my left arm can not do another but my right feels under worked, is that exhaustion? Stop there?

It would be failure of the left arm. I'd stop there instead of continuing to do one arm movements.

And I'll get just as strong on my left side as I am on my right if I do the same amount of reps on each?

    ideally yes.

a lot of people have imablances and have a stronger arm. no biggie.

I've been training unilaterally for a few weeks and doing more reps with my left side.. Have already noticed some improvements on equality. Unilaterally can be either done with just more reps or more weight or a drop set on the weaker side...

Ahhh. O.k. I'll try it. Because of my job I have a really strong right arm. Not so at all on left. Thank you Jenae!
