New to CMWL!

Hello! My name is Aileen and I am on Day 3 of the full replacement meal plan. I am on 800 calories a day. Is anyone still actively on the diet? It's hard but I have already lost 6 pounds in three days according to my scale at home which I used the first day and now this morning. I realize it's probably water weight but at least it's going in the right direction!

For any of you that have been on it, can you tell me what the "free foods" are so if I am about to eat my arm off I can eat a free food instead? :) I heard cucumbers... anything else?

    I am on week 2. First day of week 2 acatually. I am on the liquid as well. Pretty much stuck to plan week one. Lost 6.0. I have nto been told about any "free foods". My nutritionist did say if I wanted I could add a few peices of celery to soup to give it some texture. All I know for now.
