Feeling Stronger

Today I forgot to put on my heart rate monitor, so I found myself focusing on different things... It was nice. I realized that I am quite a bit stronger! Today was day 1 of week 7. I was lasting longer, squatting deeper, jumping higher, and punching harder.

Hope you are seeing positive progress as well!

Oh, I also kept catching glimpses of myself in the mirror...happy with that too!

    hey, have you guys noticed just an overall improvement in your physical fitness? I've noticed that I can do a lot more things in the classes I do at the gym, with more ease (because of insanity), like side planks, and even those moving plank walks in recovery week. Anyone else noticing little things like that?
